SSR Mining Announces Temporary Suspension of Puna Operations

VANCOUVER, March 20, 2020 /PRNewswire/ – SSR Mining Inc. (NASDAQ: SSRM) (TSX: SSRM) (“SSR Mining”) announces that Puna Operations (“Puna”) is temporarily suspending operations in accordance with government-mandated restrictions due to the COVID-19 virus. On March 19, 2020, the government of Argentina enacted Urgency Decree #297/20, ordering a national mandatory quarantine effective from March 20, 2020 until March 31, 2020. We will continue managing required activities to ensure the safety of our employees and operational readiness for when the suspension is lifted.
