U.S. Federal District Court Rules in IBC’s Favor – IBC’s Complaint will Proceed in Utah Against Ucore Chief Operating Officer for Misappropriation of IBC’s Intellectual Property

Inc. (“Ucore”), will proceed in Utah based on a recent ruling by United States District Court Judge Howard C.
