Ramaco Resources, Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2019 Financial Results

LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC) (“Ramaco Resources” or the “Company”) today reported third quarter net income of $5.5 million, or $0.14 per fully diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2019, as compared to a net income of $6.2 million, or $0.15 per fully diluted share in the prior year quarter ended September 30, 2018. The Company’s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and equity-based compensation expenses (“Adjusted EBITDA”) was $13.6 million for the three months ended September 30, 2019, as compared with Adjusted EBITDA of $11.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018.
