Silver One Resources

Silver One Resources is a Canadian junior mining company focused on the exploration and development of quality silver assets. Silver One started out with three key silver assets located in Mexico acquired from First Mining Gold Corp. (formerly First Mining Finance Corp.). With our commitment to build value for our shareholders, we subsequently entered into an Option Agreement with SSR Mining Inc. (formerly Silver Standard Resources) to acquire a 100%-interest in the past-producing Candelaria Silver Mine project located in Nevada within the Candelaria Mining District – historically the richest silver mining area in Nevada. Since then, Candelaria has become our flagship project. As a result of these acquisitions, SSR Mining Inc. and First Mining Gold Corp. are now two of our largest strategic partners.

The focus of Silver One is to become a leading silver exploration and development company by building a strong portfolio of silver-rich projects for future growth. Our flagship project is the past-producing Candelaria Silver Mine situated in the mining-friendly state of Nevada, USA. In addition to Candelaria, the Company holds a 100%-interest in three silver assets located in Mexico.

The Silver One management team has extensive experience identifying acquisition targets and evaluating resource prospects. This has provided us with the ability to recognize and assemble an inventory of silver projects that include not only significant exploration potential but also production potential.
