The electric vehicle market continues to grow, with IEA’s 2018 Global Electric Vehicle Outlook reporting that over 1 million EVs were sold in 2017 and by 2040 55% of new car sales and 33% of the global fleet will be electric.

At the 2018 Gastech Exhibition and Conference in Barcelona, Gastech Insights spoke with Chairman and Chief Analyst at Wood Mackenzie, Simon Flowers, to hear views on the global energy industry and what crucial developments we can expect to see in the coming years.
